Don’t forget! Important Occupational Therapy Award Reform meeting coming up

NSW Health is in crisis because of the shortage of Occupational Therapists which is hurting patients and the community. Improving pay and conditions for Occupational Therapists is a key priority for the HSU, to ensure we attract and retain skilled staff needed for a world-class health system.

Hundreds of Occupational Therapists have registered for the upcoming HSU Award briefing mass meeting where the confirmed HSU pay and conditions claims for Occupational Therapists will be discussed prior to a formal feedback period for HSU members.

Don’t miss out on this once-in-a-generation opportunity to have your say on the future of Occupational Therapy.

These meetings are open to all Occupational Therapists, even if you are not a member. But only members will get to participate in the subsequent feedback process. More importantly, the data shows that the more Union members are engaged in negotiations, the better the outcomes for the whole workforce. But only when every member is active and plays their part!

You must register in order to attend one of the meetings, don’t miss out on this opportunity to make a real difference:

Do you know someone who isn’t an HSU member? Encourage them to join our Union today and have a say at work. We are always stronger when we stand together.

New members can join at www.hsu.asn.au/join or call 1300 478 679.
