Workplace safety is union business – and that includes ensuring all workers feel safe from bullying or harassment in their workplace.

HSU members at St Mary’s Villa have raised concerns about inappropriate behaviour from management in the workplace that could be considered bullying or harassment.

It’s vital all workers feel safe in their workplace!

If you feel you’ve been bullied in the workplace or have seen bullying behaviour taking place – please take a few moments to fill in this survey. All details will be treated confidentially.

Workers can only stop this sort of inappropriate behaviour occurring if they stand together. Fill in the survey and encourage your co-workers to complete it. More importantly, encourage any workmates who aren’t HSU members to join today.
