For many years, your HSU representatives and Cram have held quarterly discussions surrounding many issues that may affect you at work. 

Most of these discussions have taken place through the Joint Consultative Committee (JCC), where HSU members and representatives can raise matters and concerns directly with senior management. This is in addition to receiving ongoing updates from senior management on the strategy and direction of the organisation, where members can provide direct feedback.  

The first Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) meeting this year will be held at the Cram Head Office on Tuesday 4th May 2021 at 10am – and you’re invited to attend!
