HealthShare NSW has advised the HSU of a proposed change to shift times for Patient Support Services staff at Cooma Hospital.

HealthShare will conduct a consultation meeting with staff at 11am on 28 November 2024.

Current roster:

• 3 shifts of 8 hours, operating 7 days a week
• 2 shifts of 8 hours, operating 5 days a week
• 1 shift of 8 hours on Thursdays
• 1 shift of 4 hours, Monday to Sunday 0600-1000

Proposed roster with the updated service model:

• 3 shifts of 8 hours, operating 7 days a week
• 2 shifts of 8 hours, operating 5 days a week
• 1 shift of 8 hours on Thursdays
• 1 shift of 8 hours, Monday to Friday 1330-2200
• 1 shift of 8 hours on Saturdays
