ADHSU members across the service unequivocally congratulate their colleagues who started their Intensive Care course at the SOC this month!

These hardworking paramedics made it through a difficult process and have started their journeys to becoming ICPs.

This process is not for the faint of heart, involving a long recruitment process, months of training and years of consolidation.

All these paramedics have proven themselves and ADHSU members and delegates congratulate them on this mammoth achievement.

These new ICPs made it to their course despite a problem-plagued recruitment process.

While we can all agree, more ICPs are needed on road - recruitment should be thorough, clinically rigorous, and transparent for all.

Moving forward members’ feedback will play a big role to ensure the ICP recruitment is of the highest possible standard.
