A number of HSU members have raised concerns with your local Organiser regarding car parking when on late shift.

Your Union has raised this issue with Concord management and can confirm the below:

The Hospital Road Carpark overflow zone is the chained off area in A Zone (opposite the gym). It is unchained at 10am by Security, and all staff who have payroll deduction parking assigned for Hospital Road Car Park also have swipe access to enter the area via Gate 4 from 10am.

There is also a chained off zone in Hospital Road Carpark which opens at 1pm. This can be used by any staff arriving from 1pm (not only those with payroll deduction parking).

If any staff have difficulty accessing these areas, they should escalate to the Security Manager in the first instance so card access can be checked and programmed correctly.
