CHS is proposing a Realignment in the Infrastructure, Communication and Engagement Division (ICE). 

The proposal involves the establishment of a new Infrastructure Policy and Planning Branch led by an executive Branch Manager, the establishment of a new Infrastructure Communications team, and the establishment of a new Project Management Office.

The proposed changes will result in changes to roles and reporting lines.
