The HSU has received correspondence from Canberra Health Services regarding the new Distribution Centre and changes to the structure for Procurement and Supply. CHS has advised that the previous consultation paper they supplied contained some minor errors, summarised below:

• One existing SOGC was missed from the current team structure in the Supply Chain Team (pg 5 of the consultation paper);
• The total number of staff in the current team structure for Supply Chain was incorrect (pg 5 of the consultation paper);
• One existing HSO4/5 was missed from the proposed team structure in the Supply Operations team (pg 7 of the consultation paper); and
• One existing ASO4 was missed from the proposed team structure in the Supply Chain team (pg 7 of the consultation paper).
