CHS: Consultation proposal for HAART - roster and duty statement changes

The HSU has been advised by of proposed changes to the duty statements and rostering for the Home Assessment Assertive Response Team (HAART) within Mental Health, Justice Health, Alcohol & Other Drug Services (MHJHADS).
ACT Health said the proposed changes to duty statements are being made to provide staff with a more accurate description of roles and duties. They also said that roster changes are being introduced to address staff concerns, dissatisfaction, staff fatigue and staff turnover.
