Casa Mia and Southhaven Workplace Change
-
Published May 27, 2022
Members have advised a meeting was held to advise of major workplace change, and that Infinite Care is taking over operations at Casa Mia and Southhaven.
Your Union has not been informed about this change and has written to management to obtain more information.
In the meantime, it’s important that you know your rights around workplace change. You have the right to:
- Be consulted about change: this may include one on one meetings to discuss the transition of your employment
- Have time to consider the change, raise concerns and have your concerns properly considered
- Representation: contact the HSU if you would like representation and support.
This may be a challenging time, but belonging to the Union means you’re not alone. If you have any concerns or queries, please contact your Organiser Josie Peacock on 0419 264 060 or [E-Mail not displayed]. Members can also contact HSU Members Services on 1300 478 679.
