The NSW Government has put an offer to all public sector unions for pay increases over the next 3 years, starting from July 1, 2024. Member-only zoom meetings will be held in the coming week to discuss this offer and its implication for Allied Health Award reform.  

The Government offer is: 

Additionally, if CPI is more than 4.5%, then workers will get an extra $1000 taxable payment.

HSU members know that no small pay rise is going to fix the crisis in Allied Health. Award reform must be a key priority for the State Government.
