Earlier this month your organiser held a meeting with HR to discuss several issues at Cabrini.

The primary issue was the missing 5th week of annual leave for some shift worker members. There were also some additional individual matters around gradings and leave loading.

Bolton Clarke management has agreed to take all the issues to the head of Payroll and organise a more thorough audit than previously. They will respond by the end of September.

HSU members will be kept up to date with the outcome of the audit.
