Dear Member,

Last month members from St George Private Hospital came together for their first on-site union meeting.

During the meeting, members had robust discussions about how to build power in the workplace and decided the best way to do this was by meeting regularly.

Members are keen to build better delegate structures and meet regularly to learn to resolve workplace issues, represent themselves in discussions with management, address WHS concerns and work together to build the power needed for better wages and conditions in our next round of enterprise bargaining.

Members are the union; you know your workplace and you know what needs to change.
