By now, you should have received a Notice of Employee Representational Rights from Bolton Clarke to commence bargaining for your new agreement.

As part of this bargaining round, it is the intention of Bolton Clarke to combine the existing Bolton Clarke, Allity, McKenzie and RSL LifeCare Agreements into one Bolton Clarke Enterprise Agreement.
