The process of Award reform has now well and truly begun, with HSU members taking a seat at the table with government to determine the changes you want to see in your Awards. These are changes that will affect everyone working in NSW Health – so it’s vital that we get them right.

What’s important to you? And who do you want to speak on your behalf?

To ensure the negotiations take into account all classifications and all geographical areas, it’s important that everyone is represented. Expressions of interest are now being sought for bargaining representatives to statewide Award negotiations. Think you have what it takes? Get along to your local meeting to nominate.
