Have you received a letter advising you will be required to take leave from 25 December through to 7 January?

ACL is attempting to force workers to take leave over this period. Some HSU members have raised concerns that they don’t have enough leave to cover this. Others want to save their leave for when they want to take it.

ACL doesn’t have the right to direct workers to take leave like this. Your rights are very clear. ACL needs to stop acting like the Grinch!

Your union representatives have told ACL to respect your rights. And now ACL will (again) have to front up to the Fair Work Commission about trying to steal your leave.

Spread the word. If you know someone who has been told to take their leave, let them know their rights and that union members are taking up the fight.
