Members have received correspondence from St Agnes and Care and Lifestyle senior management reporting changes to your 2.5% Wage Value Allowance.

The HSU’s Wage Value Case is not over yet. We are still waiting for the Fair Work Commission’s final determination on our fight for a 25% increase for all aged care workers. We believe the Wage Value Allowance paid to all staff in anticipation of the final decision should continue for all St Agnes staff.
