Allity came to negotiations proposing no major changes to your EA and offering staff a 2% pay rise.
But now, Allity are proposing to cut your important wages safety net, potentially leaving staff worse off!
HSU members say this is unacceptable and we’re calling on Allity to protect all your current conditions and deliver a real pay increase. With the sector in its current state, does anyone really believe it’s time to cut your conditions at work?
