Allity bargaining recommences, same poor wage offer!

Enterprise bargaining negotiations have now recommenced with Allity management.

This follows recent hearings at the Fair Work Commission, after the unions raised concerns about Allity’s offer and the communications they sent to staff.

The result of that hearing at the Commission is that Allity will now work closely with the unions regarding communication, so that staff receive accurate and timely information regarding the proposed enterprise agreement offer.

However, as of now, the pay offer from management EA remains unchanged. That is that Allity’s poor wage offer is still unacceptable.

So, if the offer doesn’t change and is put to a vote, let’s show Allity management that aged care workers are worth more!

A bargaining meeting is planned for the end of July, but the date and time is not yet confirmed. HSU members will be kept up to date as soon as there is more information available.

If you have any questions, contact your delegate, or HSU Organiser. Alternatively, you can contact the Aged Care Bargaining Officer, [E-Mail not displayed].

If you know someone who has not yet joined the HSU, ask them to join the Union today. By doing so, they can have a say in their workplace and contribute to our collective strength in bargaining.

New members can join at www.hsu.asn.au/join or call 1300 478 679.
