Please take a moment to respond to the anonymous ADHSU COVID vaccination survey. Of particular interest is how many members have been fully vaccinated without a hiccup (and how many had to jump through hoops), how many have had one jab and are awaiting a second, how many want one but have not been able to receive one, and how many remain hesitant. There is also a comments field so members can express their general views on the subject.

Also seeking members’ views on 1As receiving a booster, its potential timing, even while others in the community haven’t received their first vaccination.
