The HSU has been notified that both the Technical and Other Professionals Enterprise Agreement and the Support Services Enterprise Agreement have been voted up by ACT Health employees.

The ACTPS has already commenced the process to have these agreements approved by the Fair Work Commission.

Once the agreement is approved by the Fair Work Commission, CHS can commence back paying staff with pay increases effective from 1 January 2023.

Members will be provided with further updates as more information emerges.
