Bargaining for your agreements has recently slowed while representatives await an answer to the question, what pay offer will the government put forward for its employees? CHS and the Health Directorate cannot respond to our claims until they know their budget.

We can now provide an update that the ACTPS has committed to putting their offer on the table in the coming weeks. This offer should also include a response to claims that backpay should be provided where pay rises have been delayed due to the bargaining process.
