ACT Pathology: Proposed expansion of Phlebotomy Ward Rounds, TCH
-
Published May 1, 2024
The HSU has received correspondence from ACT Pathology about a proposed expansion of Phlebotomy Ward Service Hours at The Canberra Hospital.
The proposal would establish a rotating roster servicing wards, 7 days per week (including public holidays) from 6:30am with rostered days off. ACT Pathology anticipates that team members will be rostered on a weekend shift every three weeks on average. The future model would see overtime replaced with penalty rates and rostered days off.
