The HSU has received correspondence from ACT Pathology about proposed shift changes to the current 7 on / 7 off 11:00-22:00hrs evening shift roster to follow the pattern of the day shift 2 on / 2 off, 3 on / 3 off. The hours would remain 11:00-22:00hrs.

Management say this change is because of feedback that the evening shift was becoming increasingly stressful especially if the week had a lot of staff shortages or instrument breakdowns. 

ACT Pathology have created a survey to gather feedback about the proposed change.
