As the number of cases continues to rise, the NSW Government has extended the requirement to get a COVID test every three days to workers living in the Canterbury Bankstown local government area.
This means that for all public health members who live in the local government area of Fairfield and the Canterbury-Bankstown local government area, if you work outside this area, you must have a COVID-19 test once every 72 hours (3 days) in order to be allowed to go to work.
For members in Canterbury Bankstown LGA this will come into effect at 12.01am Friday morning.
You can find testing clinics in your local area at the NSW Health website here.
If you’re experiencing difficulties getting tested or have any questions, please contact the HSU Member Services Division on 1300 478 679 or email [E-Mail not displayed].
