2021 Annual General Meeting & HSU Conference

Your Sub Branch’s 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) should be held between the 1st February and 30th April 2021. We ask that you hold your AGM at your earliest convenience.
The 2021 Sub Branch Secretary Kit & Returning Officer Kit are available on the HSU website as writable PDFs in the Resources and Training section.
When using a writable PDF form, remember to download a copy and save it to your desktop. You can then complete the form and save it once all details have been entered.

To attend HSU Conference 2021, you must:
- Have held your AGM during the period 1 Feb & 30 Apr 2021.
- Have been an elected delegate at the AGM.
All Sub Branches are entitled to one (1) ELECTED delegate to attend Conference.
Elected delegates attending Conference must register online.
Conference Information and Leave Request forms will be available on the HSU website from 1st March.
A Leave Request should be submitted to your employer where necessary. Once leave is approved, you MUST register online. Registration is open from 1st March.
For planning and preparation, online registrations must be submitted NO LATER than Sunday 10th May 2021. Please ensure all details are completed.
