Hunter Imaging Group Enterprise Agreement Update

HSU members at Hunter Imaging Group have provided substantial feedback on the draft enterprise agreement put forward by management.

Members have unequivocally said No to a 4-year agreement. You’ve also said the wage offer is a good start but needs to be improved – with a minimum of 7.5% for all classifications in the first year, and at least 4.5% in years 2 and 3 of the Agreement.

Your HSU bargaining team met with Hunter Imaging Group today and presented your feedback for their response.

What’s next?

There’s still a considerable amount of work to do to get a fair and equitable enterprise agreement that values everyone working at HIG.

Management will now consider their proposal and have agreed to a tentative date of Wednesday 15 May for the next bargaining meeting. This when they will hopefully provide a revised offer to members.

To get a good result, we must continue to work together as one and not allow ourselves to be divided.
