Warrigal has commenced a review of rosters at nine residential care homes: Goulburn, Calwell, Stirling, Queanbeyan, Bundanoon, Albion Park Rail, Mt Terry, Shell Cove and Warrigal Multicultural Village.

The proposed changes would come into effect on 23 September, following two weeks of meetings with affected workers which have already commenced.

Warrigal says this decision does not affect all workers. Those who are directly affected by the proposed changes to their shift arrangements will be advised via an individual letter.

You have the right to properly consulted on changes, to ask questions and offer alternative suggestions. Warrigal has confirmed there will be no reduction in contracted hours.

All staff are invited to provide their views and feedback to Warrigal by 18 August 2024.

Your HSU organisers will be visiting worksites to support and represent affected members throughout the process.
